Realspace App

Display & Remote

Connect any large display screen to the Realspace app to create an immersive, engaging experience. The app, running on a tablet, puts all the development information at the hands of the agent, keeping the display shown to buyers clean and uncluttered.

Intuitive Home Dashboard

The Dashboard is the agent's central hub, offering immediate access to all development marketing content and information. It allows them to flow through a sales narrative seamlessly and logically without stumbling around looking for what they need to support their story.

Location Content

Sell the location and the lifestyle, not just the building. The Location tab provides access to content related to the area and surrounds. House interactive aerial photos that reveal local amenities, points of interest, transport and entertainment hubs, and more, alongside a gallery of images from the area.

Building Exterior

Interactively explore and filter using the building exterior through clickable content that brings up level-information and floor plates. Static renders with 3D highlights, interactive turn tables, or Digital Twins can all be used to display building information in an interactive and engaging format. Level selectors and filter options make it easy for agents to navigate to the right floor, moving their story onwards from location and building, into specific residences.

Building Interiors

From outside to inside, move the focus of the sales narrative to the exploration of the interior space. Housing real-time Virtual Tours, online 360 tours, galleries of images, video content, and floor plans, agents can step buyers through the unbuilt space in a clear and logical way. Move up and down levels, from floor plan, directly into a virtual tour, seamlessly transitioning between content types without breaking the flow of the narrative.

Extensive Gallery System

The Realspace Gallery houses all images and video content related to your development. Through the bespoke folder structure, quickly bring up 2D-floor plans, marketing films, photographic content, and more. The folder structure is defined as content added to the gallery, allowing developers and agents to group the content as needed for easy access and smooth storytelling.
